Valhalla Construction is focused on the design-build market for custom homes, and specializing in integrated security products such as vaults, panic rooms, and bunkers.
After starting Valhalla Construction, the focus was on incorporating the design phase into the business as a way to eliminate dealing with architects, draftsmen, and third party designers. This approach greatly simplified the process of working with the client and understanding their needs, ideas, and goals.
It also simplified the bidding and estimating process since Valhalla Construction was already intimately familiar with the project, design, components and features, and the desires and requirements of the customer. This approach mitigates the confusion and miscommunication that often exists between customer, contractor, and architect/draftsman. Additionally, it streamlines the process as the customer only has to deal with one person instead of trying to coordinate between multiple people.
Valhalla Construction is focused on integrated security and moving toward specialized construction services for custom designed vaults, panic rooms, and bunker construction. This includes hardening existing structures such as your home or a bedroom, basement conversions, property analysis, threat assessments, and area denial strategies for homeowners concerned about safety and protecting loved ones and valuable property.
